Malay Tripathy : A devotee of Lord Shiva

Sri Malay Tripathy of Barpali is a successful person in his personal, as well as professional life. By vocation he is a LIC agent. Since his young age he is an ardent devote of Lord Shiva. For as many as 12 years he had been to Baidyanath Dham in Jharkhand which infact is a Jyotirlinga. This dham involves the arduous activity of tracking a distance of 105 kms by walk from Sultanganj of Bihar to Deoghar of Jharkhand state. It takes in an average three to four days for devotees to track the distance.

Baidyanath Dham is one of the twelve Jyotirlinga in India and is considered to be the most sacred abodes of Lord Shiva.

Instead of begging Lord to fulfill any of his worldly desires,

Malaya Tripathy tracked the treacherous path of Baba Dham merely out of his love and devotion for Lord Shiva.

Malaya has been blessed with three sons only and don't have daughters. With the grace of God all of them are well settled in life. But Malaya and his spouse sometimes felt the absence of a daughter. He had the secret urge to be the father of a daughter and to get her marry.

Malaya consistently tried for 4 years and finally got the opportunity to become the father of Goddess Parvati for the Shital Sashthi Yatra, Barpali of 2022. He wonders his most beloved lord will be his son in law.

On the other hand his eldest son Pradyumna had been to Amarnath yatra in Himalayas for eleven years and twice to Baba dham.
